Impressions of Italy

Cary Memorial Library Lexington,MA

We'll have a closing reception on Thursday July 31 from 6pm-8pm. Please come, enjoy some Italian cookies, and ask us about our travels. The pictures are for sale too, so if you'd like, you can take home your favorite print that evening since the show ends after the reception. The exhibit is in the Large Meeting Room, downstairs opposite the children's room. Since the room is occasionally scheduled for events, it's a good idea to call or check the calendar on the Cary Library web site (Cary Events) before you decide when to come. The lights are also occasionally turned off to save energy, feel free to go on in and turn the lights on to see the show.

David was originally educated as a microbiologist but has worked as a computer programmer for many years, currently at Ounce Labs in Waltham. He has been a photographer for most of his life and has studied art at DeCordova Museum School. His work has been exhibited previously at the Cary Library, as well as 51 Walden in Concord, the Unitarian churches in Lexington and Concord, and two showings at the RE/MAX Landmark office at 15 Depot Square, Lexington. Last year he exhibited at the Topsfield Fair where “Florence Neighborhood” won First Prize in the Professional Color Photo category. He lives in Lexington with his wife, Pamela Marshall, an active composer, horn player and occasional photographer.
